2020/2021/2022/2023

Responsibilities :

• SQL & MS Access  Database query handling.
• ERP Product questioner & Handling
•  Address Technical Query of client
•  To forward the core problem of software to the development team.
• Researching and identifying solutions to software issues
•  Diagnosing technical issues of ERP product & report same to Development team
•  Properly escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
• Referring to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions

Terms Conditions:

•  2 years Bond (because we are looking for long term basis)
•  Submission of 10th & 12th Original Mark sheets to Company for Bond Period
•  10th & Diploma / 12th original documents submission for Bond purpose
•  Last 3 months salary return- Bond breaking charges

Salary

•  First 12 Month - 12K (Increment depends on performance)
•  & Remaining 12 Month - 15K (Increment depends on performance)
