Good at Manual Testing concepts.
Good at logical thinking.
Strong commitment towards quality.

Should be adaptive in understanding complex algorithm techniques.
Quick learner with good communication skills.
Should be self-motivated and self-driven
Should understand deliveries and can adapt to the changing requirements.
Preference to test engineers from the education domain. Especially, assessment software.
Work collaboratively with testers & developers.
