Training Module:

Joining will be given on an immediate basis and training will be provided to shortlisted candidates in the respective domain depending on their technical interview. Below are some policies for our Train to Hire model for Freshers.

Trainee- Software Engineer and Trainee will have to go through training for up to 3 months without a Stipend.

Trainees- Java/ Python / Testing / Business Analyst / Business Development/Designer/ DevOps or Linux / HR will have to go through under training for up to 1-2 months without a Stipend (Based on interview).
Trainees are required to qualify for all the training modules. As soon as trainees successfully cross our training modules, they will be converted into internships. During this time they will be paid between 10-15K stipends till the time they are completing their degree. After the final year exams, they will be onboarded as a full-time employee on the payroll of 2.10 – 3 LPA (Based on performance during the training period).
Location: Students will need to join the Delhi/Pune office for efficient training.

Interview round:
There are 3 rounds of interviews.

1. Test/Online coding Test
2. Verbal interview
3. Basic HR screening
4. Final HR Round
